"Positive Feedback"
Positive feedback. Fingers crossed it holds up for my purchase too. Our existing patio table is the same and has been a 20-year-old hand-me-down (it's pretty much done for), so we got it at no cost. The glass surface is simple to clean. The oval design looks nice and fits seven people comfortably, giving enough space for long legs. I'm really hoping it arrives in time for summer and outdoor meals.

"Caution with this retailer"
Caution with this retailer! We just got our Bernhardt buffet delivered for $2700. Our order confirmation clearly stated "Inside Home Entrance" for delivery. When the Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery team (hired by Luxe Decor) showed up, the driver flat out REFUSED to bring the item inside because he claimed it was "too heavy," but he was ready to do it for an extra $150 cash! I reached out to Luxe Decor, and they said there was nothing they could do. Thankfully, after we hired someone else to help, the furniture itself is in good shape. Still, the whole delivery situation really killed the thrill of getting a new piece. We’ve got more items we plan to buy soon, but we’re definitely steering clear of Luxe Decor! Never had this kind of hassle with any other online seller, even with other heavy items.

** Update - In response to Luxe Decor's message, I’ll be calling them with our order number as they asked to see what they might do.

** 2nd Update - Luxe Decor did reach out to us twice via email after this review. The first was to say they would look into it, and the second was to inform us that we didn’t pay for their White Glove Delivery service. We know we didn’t opt for that; we just wanted the furniture placed inside the Home Entrance as our receipt indicated. They are a nightmare to deal with - just grateful the furniture arrived in perfect condition. I can only imagine how they’d handle a claim for damaged goods. We’ve ordered from other online stores recently and never faced this kind of issue - just a heads up, there are plenty of other places to shop - THIS ONE IS A DISASTER! They didn’t provide any solution!!

Outstanding and one-of-a-kind range of items (vanity lights). After picking around 10 items we were into, we managed to compare them to narrow down the choices and discover the fixture we adore. The website was simple to navigate and made the buying process a breeze. Totally recommend!

"Caution with LuxeDecor"
I went through a real hassle trying to send back a couple of light fixtures. Their return policy is pretty murky and doesn’t come off as customer-friendly at all. The shipping fees for returns were just ridiculous. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

"Room for Improvement!"
I reached out to the product expert with a query regarding the color. Unfortunately, I never received a response.

The chat now pop-up was tough to dismiss—it kept blocking the product details and info. Super frustrating.

I’m still unclear about what I actually ordered, so I guess I’ll just have to wait and find out.

“Its a scam company. They are just a website. They work with suppliers that sell fake products. Luxedecor has no authorization to receive returns or apply refunds so don't use them.”

How long does it take to get shipment
